Joseph Grace is the founder, CEO and President of MDRxDirect. He is also a Co-founder and a Director of the healthcare market research firm MDRxFinancial.

Ken Kupersmith is Senior Vice President. In 1991 he co-founded Clinical Communications Group Inc. (CCG), an accredited medical education and communications company.

William Grace is COO of MDRxDirect. In 1997 he co-founded and was president of Karis Private Practice, a multi-specialty practice center. He is a Director of MDRxFinancial.

Charles Ruttan is Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Legal Affairs for MDRxDirect. He is a Martindale Hubbell rated AV lawyer with over 35 years experience as an attorney and outside general counsel for Fortune 100 companies.

Ethan Galant is Creative Director for MDRxDirect. He also serves as President and Chief Creative Officer of SSI Digital, and as a Consulting Creative Director to MediaMacros, Inc. An early innovator in, and proponent of on-line education and multimedia presentations, he has worked with a wide variety of Pharma and Non-Profits.

Nikolai Loukine is Technology Director for MDRxDirect. He has more than 15 years experience in developing system software and web applications in the communications, presentations, financial, internet presence and collaboration fields.

Peter Lynch is Vice Chairman of Fidelity Investments. From 1977 to 1990, Mr. Lynch managed Fidelity's Magellan Fund. Peter Lynch is the author of several investment books, One Up on Wall Street, Beating the Street, and Learn to Earn. MR. Lynch is well known for his philanthropic endeavors through the works of the Lynch Foundation, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, and charitable trusts.

M. Dix Wheelock After graduating from St. Lawrence University in 1991, Mr. Wheelock launched a successful career in the healthcare industry. In 1994 he became a founding member of MC Communications, LLC. MC Comm. is a global, multi-channel medical education company serving over 250,000 healthcare professionals on an annual basis. In January of 2008 Dix and two partners founded a global tradeshow management and acquisition company.

Thomas D. Lehrman is President and Founder of Boliven, a startup company dedicated to advancing innovation and the common good. Previously, Thomas was Director of the Office of WMD Terrorism at the U.S. Department of State and served on the President's WMD Commission. Thomas started his career as a financial analyst at Tiger Management and later co-founded and served as co-Chief Executive Officer of Gerson Lehrman Group, the leading expert network. Thomas also co-founded and serves on the Board of the Brooklyn Excelsior Charter School, a leading public charter school in Brooklyn, New York.

M. Colin McLane is the founder and Managing Partner of McLane Capital Partners. Prior to founding the firm, he co-founded Mara Capital, a privately held Broker Dealer in New York City and the predecessor firm to MCP. In 1997 he co-founded the McLane Group, a premier risk management firm whose clients include financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, and pension funds. Colin began his investment career at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Management Division, where his primary responsibility was as a senior client advisor for clients of the firm.
